Before you add any new users, check your account to make sure you have enough licenses. If you need more licenses, go to the billing section of your Admin Tab.
There are two ways to add a new user.
If you want to add one user at a time, you can use the Invite User card that appears on your home screen. A dialog box will open up and you can enter the name of the person you want to invite. The user will get an email notification to set up an account, and KiSSFLOW will automatically add them as an Active User to your account.
You can access this same feature from the User Management card on the Admin Tab.
If you want to add a lot of users at the same time, it’s better to upload a spreadsheet. Do this by clicking on Manage on the User Management card on the Admin Tab. Click on the link to download a sample CSV file. In this file, you can set the UserID, Name, Manager, Location, and Department.
Then click Import Users. All the users you add through CSV will be put in the Inactive list and you can go there to activate whichever users you want. If there is any problem in validating the data, you will see a message here.
That’s how you can add new users to your KiSSFLOW account.
