From the home page, you can create a new Item. Click on the big red button at the bottom of the screen. All of the Apps you have access to should appear. You can scroll through them or use the search bar, and then click initiate.

Fill out the form with all of your data.

Every new item also comes with an attachment field and a comment field. At the end of the form, there will be three options.

Delete means you want to cancel this item. Save means you want to come back to it later.

You can also click the arrow after Save and an option will come up to Save as template. This is helpful for longer forms where most of the data is the same every time you enter it. You can access this template in the drafts section.

Submit means you want to start the item and send it off.
