Let’s say that you have a specialized Customer Enquiry App for one department, but you want to use it for a different department. You can use the Duplicate App feature.
To start, go to the Apps Tab and hover over the process you want to duplicate. Click the menu button and select Duplicate.
When you Duplicate an App, the only things that are not copied are custom reports, custom email notifications, and any webhooks you created.
The new App will show up in the drafts section of your Apps and will be called “Copy of App_Name”. Apps in the draft section are not usable in your organization until they are published. To publish the App, click on it to edit it in the App Wizard.
The person who copies the App starts off as the only editor. You will need to add other editors if you want to include them.
Remember to publish the App when you are finished making modifications.
