WHAT IS KiSSFLOW?

KiSSFLOW believes that you know how to solve your office chaos problems better than anyone else. That’s why we made a cloud-based platform to help business leaders create, modify, and track automated business applications. It has a human-centric design, which means you can build workflows as you think about them in your mind, not with complicated mapping. You can make each application with beautiful, easy-to-use, and modern technology. KiSSFLOW puts the power of high-end business process management (BPM) software into the hands of any business user.

WHO IS KiSSFLOW FOR?

The people who get the most out of KiSSFLOW are business leaders like department heads, senior managers, and process owners who want to automate repetitive processes. These people can set up and modify the application without any coding. The interface is simple so that all the users in the organization can utilize it through our web application, mobile apps (iOS and Android), smart actions on Gmail, and email notifications.

WHAT IS AN AUTOMATED BUSINESS APPLICATION?

In KiSSFLOW, an app consists of a form to collect data, a workflow for the data to follow, permissions to make sure the right people see the right data, masters to hold data used across other apps, reports, and settings like public forms and email notifications.

WHAT KINDS OF BUSINESS APPLICATIONS DO PEOPLE USUALLY SET UP?

KiSSFLOW comes with over 45 pre-built applications for the most common apps. Some of these are:

  • Leave Requests

But in KiSSFLOW, you can also create your own custom applications to automate a process that is completely unique to your office.

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

WHO COUNTS AS A USER?

A user means an email address you add into your account. People outside your account can still initiate a workflow using a public form.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER EXTRA COSTS I MIGHT BE CHARGED?

Public forms above 30 per month are the only additionally charged part of KiSSFLOW. You will not be charged for anything else. There are no limits on the number of apps or number of items, and no limits on the number of users.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

If you wish to process a cancellation of your account, just contact our support team through the chat interface, or email support {at} kissflow.com. 

HOW DO I EXTEND MY TRIAL?

If 14 days isn't enough for you to try KiSSFLOW, then open up a chat and we'll help you out. 

HOW DO I BOOK A DEMO?

DATA SECURITY

IS MY DATA SAFE?

Your data is safe and secure with KiSSFLOW. We use SSL over HTTPS to encrypt your data over wire. All data is encrypted at rest. We store your data in a world-class data center provided by Google (Google Cloud SQL), which is considered the gold-standard. We store data in multiple geographies (including the US and Europe) for backup and recovery and to prevent data loss. Your credit card information is stored in a system that is PCI compliant, which has the strictest standards available. Over and above these, KiSSFLOW is ISO 27001:2013 certified, which helps us maintain a strong culture of processes excellence and compliance. You can read our full privacy policy here.

IS KiSSFLOW HIPAA COMPLIANT?

Yes. We can enter into and honor business associate agreements for HIPAA with qualified organizations. Please send an email to contact {at} kissflow.com and tell us the number of users you have and we will discuss an agreement.

TECHNICAL

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE SUPPORTED?

KiSSFLOW is currently offered in English, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, German, French, Polish, Italian, and Russian. If you need another language supported, send an email to lang {at} kissflow.com to start the discussion.

WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU SUPPORT?

The web-based form of KiSSFLOW is available in the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome from 30.0 onwards

  • Firefox from 26.0

  • Safari from 6.1

  • Internet Explorer from 11.0

  • Internet Explorer Edge from 12.0

  • Opera from 19.0

We also have a mobile app for Android and iOS.

DO YOU HAVE A NATIVE MOBILE APP?

We have a mobile app for Android and iOS. The app needs an active internet to be functional.

WHAT IS THE SIZE LIMIT FOR ATTACHMENTS IN THE FORM? 

The size limit per attachment cannot exceed more than 500MB.

IS THERE A STORAGE LIMIT FOR THE ATTACHMENTS?

KiSSFLOW does not restrict on storage, however, if you store more than 100GB/month you may experience performance issues.

SUPPORT

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET SUPPORT?

We have a team available to answer your questions over chat 20 hours a day, 5 days a week. Get in touch with them any time through the support button inside KiSSFLOW. Most questions are responded to within a few hours at the most. We also handle email requests through support {at} kissflow.com, but replies might take a bit longer.
