You can easily integrate KiSSFLOW with MailChimp. For example, let’s say that you want to automatically create an email campaign after the text and layout is approved.

You can make the connection with Zapier. Start with our article on how to connect your KiSSFLOW account to Zapier and start a new Zap.

In the Define Workflow section in KiSSFLOW, add the action, Send Data to a Webhook to the right place. Then, in Zapier, copy the webhook URL for the new Zap, and insert it into the action.

Back in Zapier, connect the Zap to your MailChimp account.

In addition to creating a new draft for a campaign, you can also perform many other actions in MailChimp:

  • Send a existing campaign after approval

  • Unsubscribe someone from your list

  • Add or update a subscriber on your list

  • ...and more

I’ll choose to create a campaign. In the Edit Template section, you can map different fields in your KiSSFLOW form to elements in your MailChimp campaign. When you are done, click Finish.

Once the Zap is set up, make sure it is named and turned on.

Now, after the Marketing Manager approves a Marketing Campaign request, the campaign will be created in your MailChimp account. You can view the draft created under the Campaign tab.
