Home

When you log into KiSSFLOW, you start with a dashboard that shows all of your pending tasks and also all the workflow items that you've either started or participated in. From this view, you can take action on your tasks, such as giving approval, rejecting it back to an earlier task in the workflow, or reassigning an item to someone else.

You can also initiate a new workflow item by clicking the big red button.

Apps

If you are an App Administrator, you can see the Apps tab. At the top, you can choose from over 40 templates for the most common business processes. Installing one of them gives you a form and a workflow you can use to get started. Or, you can also create your own app from scratch.

Below, you can see all the apps that you've created that are either live or in a draft stage.

When you are creating or editing an App, there are four stages. First you design the form that will house all the information. Second, you define the workflow and set up the various tasks and actions. Third, you can change the permissions to control what data is visible or editable. Finally, you publish the app to make it live for users.

Reports

In the reports section, you can see reports that give you details about all of your apps. App Admins can edit forms, reassign tasks, delete workflow items, and create custom reports. This section also has App Metrics for every app to show you how it is performing.

Admin

In the admin section, depending on your role in KiSSFLOW, you can manage users, change the account settings, configure email notifications, get API access, and handle your billing.

Masters

The Masters tab stores all of the data needed to complete your workflow items. These are single column lists and multi-column spreadsheets that may be referenced by apps to auto-populate data and can also be updated based on workflow activity
