Troubleshooting Access to KiSSFLOW

If you have trouble accessing KiSSFLOW, check both of these steps.

Ensure the following domains are whitelisted in your organization’s firewall.

*.appspot.com 

https://www.google.com/jsapi 

https://apis.google.com/js/api.js 

https://storage.googleapis.com/flow-static-files/whitelist.js 

https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/webfont/1.4.7/webfont.js 

https://cloudfront.net/

https://oauth.googleusercontent.com/gadgets/j 

https://ssl.gstatic.com/ 

https://1-ps.googleusercontent.com/

https://ucarecdn.com/widget/1.4.0/uploadcare/uploadcare-1.4.0.min.js

​Verify that your internet service provider (ISP) is not blocking Amazon or Google servers.

If it is blocked, you will need to access KiSSFLOW through a Virtual Private Network (VPN).
