To get the most out of your apps, you may want to integrate them with other software. One great way to link different software is through Zapier. Only an App Admin or Super Admin in KiSSFLOW can link to Zapier.

To start, sign into your Zapier account and click on Make a Zap.

Choose a name for your Zap.

For the trigger app, type in KiSSFLOW. The trigger action will be "Change of Workflow Step". Then hit Save + Continue.

Then you need to connect to your KiSSFLOW account. Zapier will ask for your Account ID and your API key. You can find all of this information by clicking on the Admin tab in KiSSFLOW and selecting Integrations. You will see the Account ID and the API key. Copy both of them and enter the information into Zapier. Be sure to test the account to make sure it is integrated correctly, and then save and continue.

Next, choose the App you’d like to integrate. Zapier will give you the URL for a webhook. Copy this URL.

Then, go into the App that you want to trigger the action. Go to the Define Workflow section. Identify the point in the workflow where you want the action to happen. Click on the + button, then add an action. Choose Send Data to a Webhook. Paste the webhook URL from Zapier. You can set conditions for this webhook if you want. Then click on Send Test Data

Then, back in Zapier, click on the box that says Ok, I did this, and Zapier will verify that the webhook is set up correctly.

After setting up the KiSSFLOW trigger, you can then add any action you want in Zapier. You could use Google Calendar, Google Drive, WebMerge, Quickbooks, and hundreds of other applications.

KiSSFLOW can also be used as an Action step instead of a Trigger. This means that with a trigger in a different application, KiSSFLOW can start a new request, approve an item, or create a draft.
