Users

From their dashboard, users can be approvers or give input on any task. They can also initiate new items from any app they have access to. Users can also check on items they have started to see their status. Depending on your admin settings, users can also reassign a task they initiated and withdraw items.

On the Reports tab, users can see statistics on items they have initiated and participated in. They can also view any reports that are shared with them by an App Creator. However, users cannot make a new report.

Account Owner

The account owner is the person who created your KiSSFLOW account. Owners can access high-level administrative features like User Management, Billing, Apps, and Reports. An account can have only one owner, but he/she can transfer ownership to a Super Admin. A Super Admin is the person who manages the KiSSFLOW account. An account can have multiple Super Admins.

App Creator

The next type of role is the App Creator. They are responsible for an entire App. From the Apps tab, an App Creator can install one of the pre-built apps that come with KiSSFLOW. They can also edit, duplicate, suspend, or delete an app the creator either built or was shared with them. App Creators can be added as a collaborator for any other app in the Publish stage. The app creator can also create a brand new app from scratch.

From the Reports Tab, App Creators can view any report connected to their app and share it with anyone else, or they can also create new reports for their apps. App Creators can see all the items for their apps and edit the forms or reassign the tasks.

On the Admin Tab, App Creators can customize the email notifications for all their apps.

On the Masters Tab, App Creators can create master data sets to be used by Apps. These Masters can be shared with other App Creators to use across other Apps

Other Administrators

There are three other types of administrators. The next role is the User Admin. This person has special access to control all of the users in a KiSSFLOW account. User Admins can invite new users, deactivate users, change roles, add users in groups, and set managers, departments, and locations.

Next is the Billing Admin. This person can control the number of KiSSFLOW licenses, print invoices, edit the billing info for the company, and manage the public form usage

Finally there is the role of Super Admin. This person has the ability to perform all of the administrative functions. Super Admins have access to all the tabs. In the Reports Tab, they can see data for all of the apps published by anyone in the company. They can also change the basic location and holiday settings in the Admin tab. Finally the Super Admin can also generate API keys. An account can have multiple Super Admins.
