There are many forms that users initiate all the time where the data doesn’t change much like a weekly timesheet or report.

Let’s look at the timesheet example. At the bottom of your form, there is a small dropdown menu after the Save button. Click it and you will see an option to Save as a Template. After you fill out your form with all the repeated information, click this button. The Save as Template feature is only available when you are initiating a form and not later in the workflow.

Now, when you go into the drafts section, you have the option to start a new form using your template. Just click Use Template, and your prepopulated form will show up.

To delete the template, click on the form and then immediately click Delete at the bottom before changing any other fields.
