If you want to edit the data in a Master, start at the Master Tab.

Find your Master, or search by name. Click on it to edit.

If you want to edit the name of the Master, or the columns, click the Update Masters button. From there, you can change the name and columns. Remember that the first column must always be a text field and should have unique values for each record. Click Save when you are finished.

If you want to edit the values in the master without changing the columns, you have three options. First, you can edit the values of the master just like you would a spreadsheet. If your Master is very large, you can use the search feature to find the value you need.

You could also copy/paste information from an existing spreadsheet.

Third, you can export all of the data, edit it in a different program, and then import it back into KiSSFLOW. This method is recommended if you have more than 2,000 rows in your Master.

When importing the data, there is a dialog box called Replace All existing data with uploaded data. If this is checked, then the master will be completely overwritten by your new CSV file. If it is unchecked, then the new fields in your CSV file will be added to the existing master.
