Groups can be created by Super Admins or User Admins.
First, go to your Admin Tab to create the group. Click on Manage on the Groups card.
There are many ways to add a group.
To create a brand new, click on Add Group. Choose a name that doesn’t have any spaces. Then in the Add Users section, enter the names of the people you want to be in the group. Then click Create.
If you are creating a group that is similar to another one, you can select the existing group from the option called Copy Users from a Different Group. You’ll see a list of all the people in the existing
group and you can add or delete people manually from that.
For larger groups, you can import them. Choose the Import Group option. Then, choose Select File to upload a CSV file. You can also find a sample CSV file that gives you the proper format.
Else, if your KiSSFLOW account is connected to your Google Groups account, all if your existing groups will display in the Groups tab.
